I saw him a couple of times myself, but, kept walking by... just seemed terribly immature to me... and his voice... like nails on a blackboard. Maybe if he had been wearing a gown and had long flowing blond hair with a tiara I might have stopped.
Some people appreciate those qualities in a trash can...
