I am actually headed up shortly too. I had less than 3 hours sleep last night (stupid dog) and then an 11 hour work day, getting everything ready for the grand opening tomorrow.

Sooooooo hoping it's a successful opening. The last few have been real duds, and unnecessarily long, tough slogs because the Builders are just so money hungry.

Our prices are a little high, but not outrageously so. The plans are great. The lots are fine. The features are pretty good. And I'm back among my peeps. The Indians love their Jennyfer.

In my field, it's EVERY Saturday and Sunday. That's when folks buy new homes.
