Funny story, my sister and brother in law got married in a small church ceremony and the reception was basically cake and punch. The person responsible for ordering the cake (from our local Giant Eagle) picked it up but didn't check it to make sure it was correct. (And that wasn't me.) When the happy couple opened the box to cut the cake it said "Happy Birthday Richie and Heather" instead of "Best Wishes Richie and Heather". They got a free cake from the mistake but we never let them forget.
