So we went to DeLeon Springs State Park today - really cool.

here's the springs:


That mill is a restaurant where you can make your own pancakes right at your table. It was fun and pretty tasty. here's what the tables looked like:



Then we did a nature walk there, which was pretty awesome:

After that we drove over to Blue Springs State park. It was really pretty - we'll definitely go back to both of these:

I've only been there once, but they didn't make us do that. Of course, we had "Cousin Mark," and no mom. He did make me go back to the bathroom to check and see what color the soap was, since I didn't pay attention to that.

You never see Mom. It's always a cousin. Mom is unseen. I've been made to sweep the floors, sit in the corner, stand with my nose against the wall...I'm a bad girl

I love the soap trick! It's blue, by the way. When I've got my little brother with me and I send him into the bathroom, I ask him that just to check that he's washed his hands. He checks it now just so he can tell me and before I can even ask he'll come out and tell me what color the soap is.

No, but the whole meal was quite reasonable (including tip, it came out to less than $20 for the 2 of us, and it was all-you-can eat). we were so stuffed when we came out of there!

That's a Muscovy duck. It's a good-looking one, too, believe it or not. They get a lot uglier! The babies are so cute, though!

Body of a duck, chest of a turkey, claws like a chicken, face like a hell-bird, poop like a goose...and they hiss like cats.

Very interesting bird. They shed a lot of feathers when they're nesting, too.

Went over to the East Coast today. This was at Merritt Island

Had dinner at Squid Lips with old friends we met here on Magic (Uponastar) Good times!
