I just got it from Netflix, and the DVD must have had a scratch in just the right spot, so it would pause for a few seconds every now and then. It skipped about one second every time it did that, not a big deal, though. I still enjoyed it.

Sharknado is on Netflix as well. Ironically, the DVD for it had the exact same problem. It kept pausing every now & then; just long enough that it made Tara Reid appear interesting.
