I actually used to peel them until someone gave me that same tip a few years ago. Boy, was I wasting a lot of time.Yep, do that here, too. I often take a couple to the office for lunch. Half 'em, de-pit 'em, scoop 'em outta' the shell with a spoon, and slap 'em on a plate...lunch is served...yum-o-rama!
