Bacon is NOTHING without avocado. Add pepperjack cheese, and it makes a great midnight snack.

I was going to crumble the bacon over a baked brie and dig into the thing with some crackers.

It's been a crazy weekend. I'm actually looking forward to getting back to (slacking at) work tomorrow.

No worries, I was just teasin'. I assumed as much.
I'm back at the office tomorrow too, but we'll probably close early, and then we're off Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
It'll be a pretty small crew on the days we are open 'cause so many coworkers headed out of town.
All of our family live in this area, so no long holiday trips for us. Makes for a leisurely Christmas.

Avocado is nothing without avocado. I'll eat the whole thing by itself.

Yep, do that here, too. I often take a couple to the office for lunch. Half 'em, de-pit 'em, scoop 'em outta' the shell with a spoon, and slap 'em on a plate...lunch is served...yum-o-rama!

I just realized that I did not have a meal today. I passed on lunch because I wasn't hungry. Then I never got dinner because of the power outage fiasco. Today I have eaten one granola bar and two bowls of popcorn during the game. I'm not even that hungry to be honest.

So is the smell of the pork chops in the oven here. Unfortunately, we were remiss to wrap them in bacon.
