I didn't start with it until page 140ish so I read from the beginning up to that mark today. I have a lot of time after physical therapy where I'm sitting with hot packs or icebags during electrotherapy and have nothing to do but read for half an hour. Or sleep. I've been known to fall asleep and the timer wakes me up. Thank goodness I don't snore.

I'm a very light sleeper. The few times I have snored from a cold I woke myself up and thought someone was in my house.

I had that done after my car accident last year. Quite relaxing (they only used heat). I used to watch TV on my iPod or fall asleep. It depended on how tired I was after school. (also, it really really helped)
