Broken collarbone - out 3-4 weeks.
Where did you hear this? I read that it's believed (not yet confirmed) to be a small collarbone break, but there is no timetable for his return yet. It did say he will miss some time, though, but should be back for the playoffs - should we make them.

I was kidding about Erin getting back in there, but everyone was just crazy when Cutler was legit injured and didn't get back in the NFC Championship game. But it's fine when a different QB is hurt and doesn't come back in the game. Total double standard.
I think the media analyzes facial expressions too much, and they "analyzed" that Cutler was pouting and didn't want to play (which is crazy, obviously). I'm not one to trash talk (no pun intended), so kudos to the Bears for winning - a win is a win no matter what. But right now I'm just concerned for the health of Rodgers and the remainder of the season for the Packers.

New York media. They report the first thing they hear in order to break the story and then retract it later.

PUSH - sorry this happened to your favorite player - hopefully he'll be back in soon.
I hope so, it just sucks how one injury can *potentially* derail what was looking like a great season. What weird is a writer for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel released an article yesterday morning that the Packers can still win without Aaron Rodgers, and they could still get to an 11-5 record. Hmm... Regardless, I will continue to blame Meg.

I'm hearing 3 weeks from ESPN and other sources now, but I guess there is no definitive timetable because they need to run more tests because his shoulder was too swollen last night to get a true look at it (or something like that).

On an unrelated note, does anybody remember my first avatar? I remember it was PUSH, but it didn't have the castle in the background. I don't seem to have it saved anywhere on my computer.

Cutler's teammates called him out on it - which made it seem as though he really could have but didn't want to play. And then he was allegedly seen walking the stairs in a restaurant after the game. It's also a different situation when it's a Championship game as opposed to game 9 of the regular season. Later when it came out how seriously hurt he was I think people backed off. It's true though - when someone is viewed as a "bad guy" people are more than willing to assume they are in the wrong.

Score 1 for Big Apple media! We hear everything first.
