They're forecasting rain late tomorrow night here. Hopefully it will hold off until at least 9 for the Treaters. I wouldn't mind if any late night Tricking got rained out. There's always some vandalism in our neighborhood on Halloween night. Not a lot most years, but some.

In NJ the vandalism happens on Mischief Night (its aptly named). So tonight is when I find out how destructive the neighborhood kids are since in the years I've lived here there has always been some weather event preventing them from doing anything.

Also tomorrow morning is garbage/recycling pick up. I have a bad feeling about putting my bins out tonight.

Each wrapper only came with one Twix. I've been cheated! This is worse than that candy theme weekend here when all I got was rocks. Drat.

I got my dog and went in a small room with him and closed the door. I then proceeded to play "It's a small world" in an endless loop on GarageBand on my iPad, in a really annoying tone. After a few minutes, he started to whine. Eventually, however, he stopped whining and went to sleep on the floor. Don't worry, I gave him a bunch of treats for participating in my (un)ethical experiment.

Conclusion: Dogs are weird.
