Wear Glazed Donut by Chanel while burning a Yankee Pumpkin Pie Candle. I find it interesting that both men and women are drawn to black licorice. The only time I've ever seen any aroma item in black licorice is in a Menards at Halloween, it was candle wax melts.

Yep, black licorice is kinda' like coffee or tobacco for me. I love the smell of black licorice more than the taste. As well with raw coffee/coffee beans and raw tobacco (along with the smell of brewed coffee and burning tobacco), as opposed to the taste of brewed coffee or burning tobacco. :)

Interesting. I don't think I've ever smelled raw tobacco, anything similar to? I've never minded the smell of tobacco burning, now a room full of smoke of any kind and yah gag, including being on the wrong side of the pond at illuminations. I love love love the smell of freshly ground coffee.

After waking up at 3:00 am in Vancouver, getting 2 hours delays (for up to 10 hour flight) in Calgary (Calgary had record snow levels today). We finally arrived!

unfortunately as expected, the cold hit me big time (sore throat + stomach flu).

I'm limping while trying to send my important files back to the main computer from the surface pro 3.. so I can start working again tomorrow (egads.)

Sorry. Notorious issues with Cruises. Might not be the flu.

To be quite honest, this stuff is pretty interesting to learn about. Should we worry about it? Well that depends. At first glance, it does seem pretty frightening. But then looking at the big picture & comparing it to the alternative, which is living to see old age. I've watched two close loved ones die in a vegetative state...spending their final months unable to speak, move, or do anything on their own.

So when comparing the two choices...I'd pick going outta this life via mega-volcano ANY day.

Sometimes the "scariest" circumstances in theory turn out to be the far less hellish option in reality.
I've been equating this with the parable of Atlantis. Either Plato was influenced by an event retold for generations from the distant past, or he was wise enough and had the foresight to warn us of what could happen to our future. That's just me preaching and I'll do everyone here a favor and shut up now.

I have heard about the Yellowstone caldera for many years, now. Only info I am finding regarding an eruption involving the Yosemite National Park area in California was approximately 85 million years ago. But, I could very well be wrong, and it wouldn't be the first time. ;)
Anyway, just tryin' to make sure we're all on the same page. :)
We are!

Yes. That's how I kept in contact with my parents when I was in WDW without them. It saved minutes on my cell phone. I also use it to call my grandma. I also use iMessage. Sometimes across the room with my mom if I'm having a conversation with her that I don't want to include my dad in.

I was in a board meeting tonight and I was sending messages to a fellow board member on the other side with points to support an issue we were debating. People notice you pick up your phone but our documents are paperless so we all use tablets. Our expensive way of being green has its perks.

Concerning apples product announcements today, The new iPhone is evolutionary but the new Apple watch is revolutionary.

My take on the iWatch. I really need the larger iPhone, not that i desire it, my eyes are aging and it would be helpful. Problem:the larger one will not fit in womens jean pockets easily. Put in purse and I won't know when I have a message plus I rarely carry a purse and that sucker won't fit in a wristlet. What the watch would do is tell me that I should check my phone. Just the thought of that makes my head hurt.

You have no idea how funny this was when I first quickly read it. I'm using a laptop that I can't stand because my computer is dead; and I keep adjusting the height of the laptop on top of a tray table, so I can see better. I had glanced quickly at your post while adjusting the laptop and I "thought" I read that you wore, Eau de SQUIRREL!!!!!!!!! Now I knew you were a rancher with lots of nice horses, and an outdoorsman, but I thought to myself, has he lost his mind??!! :hilarious:
Ha!
