Are the hazelnuts identifiable 'cause I'd have to pick them out. Hazelnut is a deal breaker.

They are! They are also the only nut not covered in toffee or chocolate. It's not healthy but dang it's good!!

You're dad is going to tell you something TMI someday when you do this and you will have no one to blame but yourself.

Exactly.

The only reason I have a home phone is because it was the only way to get a certain price for my cable/internet bundle. I set the ring to silent, never gave the number to anyone, and registered it on the Do Not Call List. The voice mail inbox is still full of robocalls every time I check it.

I have cable TV for the same reason. It's not hooked up to any of the TVs, but it was cheaper to have it than to bundle phone and Internet. We have DirecTV for the Sunday ticket.

Yeah, better be careful there. Sometimes husbands say things to their wives they would never say to their daughters.
And once you hear something, you can't un-hear it.

I always let Hubby know when the kids are in the car, lest he say something inappropriate over the Bluetooth.

I also warn my kids not to read my messages or check my camera roll.

I just love to mess with their heads!

I do the same - hubby has a tendency to talk like he spent the day down by the docks.

He's a lawyer. He knows better than to say something over the phone. Especially since he wasn't 100% sure it was my mom...

Are You A Teen?
You got 3 out of 50 teen credits!
  1. Not a teen! You are definitely not a teen. (And if you somehow are a teen, you’re not very teen-like for being a teen, which is probably a good thing.)

The 3 points I got were all tied to my iPhone/iPad.
I got 7 points. I play piano. I like the Wii. I'm underage, and (with parental consent) I enjoy a glass of wine every now and then. The media suggests a lot about my age group, none of which is true. I have a few posters on my walls, and I enjoy having social plans on Friday nights.

I hate it when my Pup looks at me while I am exercising like I am his humorous entertainment for the day.

At least Walt's happy watching you exercise, and he enjoys the "floor show". ;) :joyfull:

If I put on an exercise DVD and follow along, my dog bolts out of the room! :( Watching me move around erratically, doing really bad dance steps, he thinks exercise is a form of possession from evil spirits! Gotta admit that my exercise moves never look quite as good as the person on the DVD. Plus, the livingroom is tiny, and sometimes I bump into things. Guess I don't exactly look graceful knocking over the lamps, and apparently, my own dog is mortified, by being in my presence!:eek:

I got 11 because I have an instagram, I know what EDM is, I like having social plans on a Friday, I yelled at my mom over the weekend, and I own Ray-Ban/Nike/Apple products...

I wouldn't be able to keep that on my head. :joyfull:

Pretty sure that you have to spin around really fast (like a sharknado) to keep it balanced on your head.

What the heck? This is mis-leading. No wonder you didn't eat here.

Petunia Pig
Located across from the River Rapids Log Ride, Petunia Pig is a perfect stop for a quick snack. Soft drinks, fresh popcorn, and giant pickles on a stick are sure to delight.

Pickles on a stick????...isn't a pickle already a stick?

Benches, benches everywhere!

Those sitting on benches are not in the stores spending money!

Time to upgrade seriously.
Vista is crap, always been.. windows 7 is all vista crap fixed.. windows 8 is bad gui wise, but very stable system wise.. so just slap one of these "free windows menu" and you're set.

I just updated at work from 7 to 8.1. I'm still getting used to it, but with the classic shell it's pretty nice. I still fine myself doing something that makes it revert to the Metro GUI and have to hunt and peck to get the classic screen back.

I should try that. I'm going to only dump the laptop anyhow so I have nothing to loose. I got my moneys worth out of her but she was always a pain. I think it is even heavier than the Dell that I had prior to that and it is slightly oversized so it has always been an issue traveling with it, had to squeeze into backpack.

This Dell I'm on now is XP and if I knew what I was talking about I'd think Norton and McAfee are war'n within.
I was always taught to NEVER have two different anti-virus programs on the same computer. Maybe @englanddg can chime in on this?

I could not clean my whole house in a half day. :(
I think it's because we are too connected to our belongings and get side tracked. Hired help ALWAYS clean faster then the owner of the property.

I also got 11...go figure. We must be the same person also.

Two AV is generally not necessary, and they can even conflict with each other.

MS Security Essentials is fine for day to day AV (in WIndows 8 it's part of Windows Defender), and it's free and doesn't require a subscription.

However, regardless of the AV you run, I would highly recommend purchasing Malwarebytes and running that as well. It's boss, and catches things many AV programs (including McAfee and Norton) won't.

Finally convinced my dad that he did not need Kaspersky on his computer. We ran a speed test on the internet before and after taking it off (also ran it on my laptop and it was about what it usually is). The PING before was about 33 ms, the download speed was 15 mb/s the upload speed was 18 mb/s. I ran it three times and got the same results each time. Then we took it off and cancelled the subscription and put MS security on there. The PING dropped down to around 17 ms, and the download and upload speeds each went up to 28.5 mb/s. He has said that the whole computer is running more quickly. I thought that when I put it on my laptop when I first had it (we had a free trial offer) that it severely slowed the computer down. Now I'm pretty positive.

It's far less clunky an AV than McAffee, Kapersky or Norton.

Vipre is better, but isn't free (though, it is a onetime license cost).

But, for normal use, MSE is just fine.

Glad you had a good experience!

Considering how you two have worked your tushies off this year I'm thinking it would be a great reward for ya both.
Oh the complimenting skins and key covers you two could get. She would be so happy too.

Thanks.
Hahaaa! Love the smoochie smilie...! :)
Got a few things to take care of car-wise commin' up, but, we'll see what's up with the old one, and replace it if need be. Then later, I'll get the older one and get DWifey a real hum dinger...!!! :joyfull: ;) :)
