"You're in my seat."
I can imagine sheldon waiting for a very specific coloured monorail:

-"Common sheldon.. lets take this one, we have a fastpass to 7DM!"
-"No, it MUST be the LIME one"
-"But this is green!"
-"The color is still not of the correct tone"

then demanding to ride peoplemover's car #5 on seat #2.

Nothing wrong with that.
I don't let people sit in my seat either.

ETA: I actually call it my "spot".
I can even boot the dog out of my spot, with a single dirty look.

in something completely different, I love your current avatar!

I went over to your link. That was a very nice tribute you posted, and thank you for the reminder of what this weekend is really about. I had a few members of the military in my family. When my father was in his early 20s, he was a lieutenant commander in the Navy. My eldest brother, when he was just about 20, was a corporal in the Marines. This morning, there's a parade close by, and I'm going to that.

Yesterday, I bought a new Weber charcoal grill and kept with tradition of the first barbecue of the season, with grilled hot dogs and burgers, and some steamed (in foil) veggies (snow peas, different colored bell peppers and Bermuda onion, with just a little Italian salad dressing). Yum! :hungry:

Bath time was always one of my favorite things when I was little. I had a box of toys next to the tub in each of the houses two bathrooms and my fave scented bubble bath...strawberry!! I also loved swimming so the entire summer was spent at the pool. It's obvious that I'm Aquarius.

I still have my Ariel bath time dolls, somewhere in this house. Probably the sea wees and my little pony sea ponies too!

Ha! I can relate to the swimming. (Also, as a fellow Aquarian, I love the water!) When I was a kid, my mother would take me to the beach, and she had a hard time getting me to leave the water, because swimming and splashing around was my favorite thing. She use to call me a fish, because I liked the ocean better than land!!

Me too!! Luckily we had a public pool by our house... About three blocks away.. That was very clean and never crowded. Mom used to buy me a summer tag and I would be there everyday of the summer from ages 6 to 14 by myself or with the neighbor girl. Back when it was safe to be that young and out by yourself...not sure I'd let a six yr old do that today :/
