When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
So I type this from the ER - hubby, not me. He started getting violently ill around noon. Managed to drive home but collapsed on the driveway. I was going to drive him to ER but I was at school picking up the kids and my neighbor's two sons heard him screaming and called the ambulance. My parents met me at school and took the kids to their house. They think spinal fluid leaked from epidural shots and caused the symptoms (awful migraine, stomach pains, blurred vision, etc.) He finally got meds and is sleeping now. Thank goodness too because the pain was making him one nasty guy. So I have no idea how long they will keep him and I don't want to go get dinner in case he wakes up when I am gone. The granola bar from the vending machine is only going to hold me off so long.
Man, oh man, you're having a rough few days.
Hubby too.

Hoping things turn around soon.

That's scary. I hope he feels better and you get a chance to get food and sleep.

Yikes! Hope they keep him doped up so he can get some rest and you too. Prayers.

It's the Pluto of Disney mountains. We are going to need Neil deGrasse Tyson to explain to everyone why it doesn't count as a normal mountain.

The SDMT is more of a hill than a mountain. Whoever calls it a mountain must be from a flat state.
How can a mine train become a mountain? At best it would have to be a Disney Under the Mountain ride. Some of those folks are beyond silly.

Yea, it's funny. I've never put anyone on ignore. Not on this site and not on the other site that I've been a member of since May of '07. No matter what's goin' down, I just can't seem to do it. :)
I guess I understand but due to the fact that I always get along with everyone, never word a post that can be misunderstood and am just an all round good fellow, I get along with everyone. My even temperament makes it so I never get upset. ;) Oops, I forgot to include, humble!

All kidding aside, I tend to rub some the wrong way. I am kinda blunt, in my old age, but, I really never intend to upset anyone unless they attack me. Then in the words of Bugs Bunny... "Of course, you know, this means war!" It's usually a short war with hardly any casualities, but, it does get my heart rate up over 4 beats a minute which is a good cardio workout for people my age. :joyfull:

Oh no. Very sorry to hear.
Hope his pain stays abated and he recovers soon.
And, hope you get some real dinner soon.
Prayers to all of y'all.

Hope he gets better and you find someone willing to bring you a pizza.

Every once in a while, I lift up the mouse and occasionally pull the keyboard closer to me, so I'm covered. It's getting hard to find a shirt that can contain my bi and triceps. :in pain:

You can do better than that. Sounds like you're on a desktop. I'm on a laptop. Do some monitor curls while your at it. But, just remember, if you start gettin' more ripped than me, I'm gonna' have to go all old school desktop, too...!!! :D :joyfull: ;) :)

No trip to Costco.

Looks like bad weather is heading this way. There are severe storm warnings all around us. There is nothing we need so badly that it can't wait until Friday.

Sorry @Lucky - no sundae today.

Now I have to figure what we're doing for dinner. I'd planned on eating while we were out - either at Costco, or at one of the dozen restaurants in the same power centre.
