We might attempt to make steak tacos. Depends on how much time there is to cook and shop before the 24 season premiere.I wish I felt like celebrating Cinco de mayo but I've been sulking all morning.

Yeah, cucumber margaritas sound awfully good.
I'm going the easy route and getting take out from my favorite Mexican place on the way home from work. I call when I leave the office, it's ready by the time we get there. Go home and eat because the place will be packed with amateurs and aint nobody got time for that.
Plus I have company coming over this evening, so there's that.

Well my DD is bum'd.Her favorite maintenance dude for the waterpark has quit. He was from Texas. He is the nicest and the most competent, actually more competent than the other 3 put together.
He is now going to be from Texas again. Our Winters do that to people.

Yea, I don't think I could do y'all's freezin'-harsh winters, but, there are probably plenty of folks up your way that would hate our scorchin'-harsh summers just as much.

Slow day here or what? Where is everyone at? How dare yall have work/school/lives outside of this thraed?
I've been practicing for that Let It Go cover. You know, have to make it perfect for the judges. I'm just glad that it's not overplayed, so they won't be sick of it by the time I get there.

I honestly don't yet know what we're havin' for chow tonight. 
But, as you can imagine, we do have a ton of Mexican/Tex-Mex places to choose from, down this way...!!!
