View attachment 51724 It was A beautiful easter here about 80 and a breeze. Built the pup a hide away since trees don't have leaves yet for shade and gazebo isn't up yet either.

That is SUCH a fantastic idea. I'm going to make one for Daisy... maybe I can find a cute umbrella at the thrift store and rig up a little blankey and pillow for her. She'd love that. I'm actually going out after work today in search of a patio umbrella (here I come, Kohls! hide yo coupons hide yo sales) and spray paint... Mom gave me her 'old' patio set since she got a new one this year, and I'm spray painting it to make it nice and new and bright!

My mother has an amazing garden every year. She starts her tomatoes in the house in these little incubator thingies - or buys plants. You can't start tomato seeds outside.

You should buy a big pot and a tomato plant and try again - there's nothing like a home grown tomato!

I'll post pics of my DIY incubators when I get home. My first batch of seedlings caught a cold but there's more growing now and I'm hoping they'll hold up. Fingers crossed. Waiting to transplant until I know they're solid and stable.

WHEW. I'm caught up! Sorry yall, life got in the way this weekend and yesterday I dran... I uh, ..drank too much... water.. yeah, water, that's it.

Which explains why I feel like hell today.

I just drank my third banana for today and if I never see another banana again, it'll be too soon. Unfortunately, banana smoothie is on the menu for breakfast and lunch again tomorrow. Dieting sucks.
