Polar vortexes aren't really a thing, just a made up term to make something sound interesting. But who am I to correct a Canadian, eh?

It was the same thread he had for a few months; the one where he said he was leaving. Then he came back a few months later, and then went away again. However, just this morning (in that same thread in Chit Chat) he said he was really leaving for good. He was going to have his own blog or website (not exactly sure what he was saying), but it would have people who wanted an alternative, and (I think) more upbeat news. (He complained that these forums were getting very negative.) So I replied back and told him that there were many wonderful people on the forums with great information, etc. If I didn't like a thread, I'd simply move on to another one. I told him that even though some of his past posts were controversial, at least he shared different opinions, some of which I never agreed with, but that he generated some discussion. I ended by saying that if he had extra time beyond his current project, to certainly join in the WDW Magic forums again from time to time. Anyway, that was it. That was before 7 AM and tonight, his thread was gone.

I think that @PUSH just responded a few minutes ago by saying that he thought maybe Mr Thick had 2 accounts, & maybe 2 avatars (?), so perhaps something was going on behind the scenes and maybe the mods had to delete the thread? It's all very confusing.

He PM'd me this morning that his new blog would be ready soon and he would send me the link as soon as it was.

I like Jimmy, and JT, and Peter Alt. They're good people. A little off the wall, perhaps, but good people.
