This song just came on Accuradio and I have to tell you a story from the other day. I was getting in the car to drive home from class and the radio comes on to one of my two stations. Happy was playing. Since I hate that song so much, I turned it to my other station. Guess what was on that station. Yup. Happy. I don't have any other stations that I listen to regularly, so I just randomly switched it and ended up listening to static for about 45 seconds until the song went off. That is how much I can't stand the song.

I watched his Coachella performance on the live stream. By the time he got to Happy the sandstorm destroyed his voice. So he got like every singer backstage and random people in the front row to come on stage and sing it. It was the first time since I first heard it that I didn't mind hearing Happy. He was killing himself up there trying to get through his set and the dedication got to me.

Maybe you should get rid of your Facebook and get a Twitter and only follow Rodgers. That way you have 24 hours before he posts any spoilers. You might lose contact with friends and family, but it'll be worth it in the long run.

Still raining here. It's been a steady dose of rain and wind since about 2ish. The sump pump is running pretty much non-stop. Oh well, keeps the neighbors indoors.

By the way, forgot to share this earlier - sold another 5 houses today.
If they all firm up (conditional on financing for 10 days) that's 10 for the weekend.
Three more coming in tomorrow.

We are 2/3 sold out in 10 weeks. No complaints.
In a perfect world, we will be sold out by mid to late June; and I will have the whole summer off!
