I was comparing my time at a Philly home game with my time at a Yankee home game. Yankee home games I have attended I would considered an environment I be fine taking a son/daughter to. The Phillies game was a drunken, vulgar language fest. I think the beer prices and the difficulty to tailgate in the Bronx made a huge difference too probably.
Oh, no, I would not go to a Yankees or Phillies home game. Other venues, Washington, LA Angles, LA Dodgers, even possibly Boston yes, but Yankees or Phillies, no. Yankees because I don't care to support their organization and pay outrageous ticket prices, Phillies for the same reason (I did notice a lot of Phillies fans with kids when they came to B-more.) My dad did go to a Phillies game once, but that was when I was a baby. That's also why I don't like Yankees fans in B-more; they tend to be jerks (not all of them, though) and we are a family-friendly stadium, and they like to destroy that.

If I ever went to a Yankees game, this would be me. :P

And, if I knew how to mash those two photos - you know I would!

It's being young and falling into the wrong crowd with a negative influence. I see in a lot of his photos he still wears his AA bracelet. Some people need a reminder now and then.

About 30 minutes ago, I knocked over my cup of coffee all over the floor. I ran to the kitchen to get some paper towels; and when I returned to the spill, my dog had licked up over half of it. It was Starbucks French Roast (yes, I love strong coffee). Now, my dog is running around like a dog possessed on a caffeine high! (Hahahahahahaa . . . ) :hilarious:
