Funny - when I saw @JenniferS quoted me I somehow KNEW it wasn't an answer to the cooking question.

OK guys I have a cooking question:
I made some Greek meatballs with ground turkey this morning before work. I mixed them out and formed them into meatballs but did not bake them yet. They are on a sheet pan in the fridge so I can pop them in the oven and bake them them up quick when I get home. Ingredients are ground turkey, 1 egg, bread crumbs (I used panko), plain Greek yogurt, herbs/salt/pepper and olive oil. So on the way to work I realized I forgot the egg. They are already formed into meatballs, but uncooked, so I COULD go home, smush them all into a bowl, add the egg, re-ball and then bake. Or I can roll the dice and cook them without. The egg is just a binder, right? They formed pretty solid meatballs. And I'm just eating them on a plate without putting them in sauce (so breaking apart isn't an issue) or I may put them in a pita with lettuce, tomato and red onion. Do you think I really need to add the egg or will it be ok to just bake them?
JenniferS does not cook. She eats.Off to fix my signature!

I think you'll be ok. They might crumble a bit but if it's not an issue, I wouldn't worry about it much
They sound delish.![]()
I never made them before and am definitely excited (a) to try them and (b) that dinner will be ready with minimal effort later.
I love my crock pot for that reasonalthough my last experiment was supposed to be cheesy chicken and rice and it's more like a tuna melt...the chicken was so tender it shredded and the rice absorbed all moisture. It's still sitting in the fridge.

Hold on, let me check the official Sageteer Dictionary.Does Sagetteers have one t or 2?
Ummm ... hello.
I put together a fireworks display for this momentous occasion. Pay no attention to the fact that this might seem similar to another fireworks display. Also pay no attention to the opening spiel; it will say it's Disney, but it lies.
There's a Hidden Bob Saget in there, too.Great job! I love how you include that giant globe in your show, to capture the "where in the world" theme.
Ummm ... hello.
I know I live in another country, but it's not like it's another planet.
How do I not know that @Gabe1 is headed to the World?
(Or, am I perchance, misinterpreting the data?)
And pardon me if my speech is slurred, the right side of my face is still frozen solid.
There's a Hidden Bob Saget in there, too.
Happy birthday to you!
