Do you really hate April 1st or are you just messing with us?

I can say that I hate it. I love to joke around and have done so most of my life. I can be jokingly sarcastic or seriously sarcastic that people think is joking. I love plays on words, double entendre and just plain jokes. April Fools, like some of the new shows on TV, are aimed at creating laughter at someones expense. The more a person can be humiliated the funnier it is. The more foolish a person can feel the more laughter it generates. To me that doesn't speak well of people.

I made myself an Easter...err, sorry, a SPRING basket for my office last night using an old basket, and some lace I had left over from another project. I only bought the faux grass and eggs "new" while at Target last night.



Sorry, I had to blur my office desk, I hope you understand.

This is the only decoration and color and...life, really, this entire room has. Everything is off white.

Anyhow, thought you might enjoy something pretty on an otherwise dumb, foolish day.

Got back from the emergency room at 1:00 am this morning ...I went in at 5:30 pm with severe stomach cramps after thinking it would pass when it started about 9:00 am.

They ran tests and said it was gastroenteritis. This is my second day home from work.

I still think it was brought on by something I ate.
