Idina has a great voice, but I just don't think it's a great song. It's decent, but I don't understand the hype.

Sirius Radio Ch. 16, the Blend, plays each of the following songs TWICE within a 7 hour work-shift, every day:

Let it Go (Idina Menzel)
All of Me (John Legend)
Bruises (Train)
Somebody that I Used to Know (Gotye)

Twice. Everyday. I kid you not. Good thing I like all four. For now.

John Legend has a version of "All of Me??" Like, the standard? I might need to hear that.

I'm kind of disappointed that there has been no acknowledgement of Sharknado in the Oscars this far. They probably don't want to put the rest of the films to shame. Understandable.
Disneyland and the Magic Kingdom are having a special 24-hour Sharknado-themed party this May with Sharknado fireworks, Sharknado meet-and-greets, and so my sources tell me, the announcement of Disney's Sharknado Adventure presented by Netflix.

This would redeem every bad mistake Disney has made. Unfortunately I think Meg is just using this as hype to get some money flowing into the parks for the time being. I bet there is no announcement of this magnitude. Instead it will be an announcement of new benches for the viewing of Wishes. Who needs to walk around the MK hub anyway?

Twice in a day is nothing. The station that I used to (note the "used to") listen to played some of the same songs every hour.

There are only two stations here that I actually like listening to. It seems like every time I take the couple minute drive to campus the same songs are on. Luckily I like a couple of them. Others I can't stand since they play so often.

Oh wait, you're right. Meg just came back from her vacation in Hawaii and canceled everything, firing everyone who helped come up with the Sharknado idea.

We get Sirius in our car every now and then trying to sell us on a subscription. We never pay for it, but it's nice to get it for about a week or so every few months.
Hubby's car subscription was $79. Mine was $82.

The one at work is a car/home bundle. Hubby had it hooked up to his old car, and then connected to the docking station at work. We forgot to cancel the subscription when we both got new cars in July, so they automatically dinged the MasterCard for $239-something. I would never have paid that. I am cheap.

We have XM in one car - 70s on 7, 80s on 8, First Wave (80s new wave), Lithium (90s rock), Classic Rewind, Classic Vinyl, and Deep Tracks for me. Disney and Kids Place for DD. On Broadway for DW.

For us it's not worth it (not that we would get it even if it was). The only people who drive the XM-enabled car barely go out of town. The only person who goes a ways to work everyday takes a 2002 car that doesn't have XM, obviously.

I really liked Love on 17 over the holidays, as it was all Christmas music, all the time.

So, the boss is fully aware of how things are going with my partner G. at work.
I guess she spent a couple of hours with him during the week while I was off, and witnessed him in action. She says it wasn't pretty.

She has suggested that maybe she replace him. I told her "Not necessary. I can strap him to my back and carry him to the finish line if necessary. What you do with him after this project is up to you."

And then today, I had to speak to him about sharing confidential info about current Purchasers with potential Purchasers. Seriously, he was sharing info such as ethnicity, surnames, how many units they purchased, and whether they were buying for investment or to live in. We CAN'T DO THAT! It is in violation of the Privacy Act.

Anyway, now he is p.o.'d at me. Says he's always done it, and it's never been a problem. Well, G. it's a problem now.
In addition to this, he keeps saying things like, "Take a look at this lot. It faces east. Your people like to face east. For religious reasons."
This stuff, I don't even bother calling him on.

Pretty sure he's going to complain about me. The boss (who has been personal friends with him for 20+ years) has already warned me that he better tread carefully. Apparently, he did nothing but and moan about his previous partner. And that was two years ago, when he was actually pulling some of his weight.

Hopefully we sell out quickly. I'm so tired of tip-toeing around him, walking on eggshells.
I think you might have been better off letting your boss replace him...
