So my rosemary, oregano, and sweet basil marinated chicken (sliced very thin) turned out delicious!

The ghetto manicotti was really good too.

I'm so stuffed.

Got my treadmill set up and apparently I'm more out of shape than I realized. One and a half miles at level 2 ( of 10) and I can't move. Fail.

You're going to have to sing a song to gain my trust again. At the top of your lungs. In a crowded mall. Standing on your head.

: o Sing.
Sing a song.
Sing out loud, sing out strong.
Sing of good things, not bad.
Sing of happy, not sad.
Sing.
Sing a song.
Make it simple to last your whole life long.
Don´t worry that it´s not good enough for anyone else to hear.
Just sing.
Sing a song.
La La La La La La
La La La La La La

He's helped me before with computer issues, and has been great. I always feel bad when getting his help, though, because he deals with people like me all the time. You know, clueless people who have absolutely no idea what is going on. I'm sure it has to get annoying.

If I didn't know better you could have been describing me and my love hate relationship with my tech gadgets.
Thank goodness I have my DD.

Carnitas burrito, white rice, medium green sauce, no beans, sour cream, extra cheese, extra lettuce, no guac, chipotle hot sauce. :geek: Oh and the chips.
I order almost the same thing... Minus the lettuce and hot sauce. Though I just asked for pico de gallo instead of the green this time just because I'm not in a spicy food mood right now.

Is Oscar drinking game time. Only way I'll watch. Can't believe my wife conned me into starting with the Red Carpet show....

Luckily, my school district has already closed for tomorrow. And even more luckily, my daughter's hasn't so she is off to bed!

I haven't seen any of the movies up for awards tonight. Therefore I don't really care. But I like watching for the opening monologue and the little skits/shows in between the awards. I don't remember the times Ellen has hosted award shows before, but I think she should be good. Nobody can top Neil Patrick Harris, though. His Tony hostings are brilliant! I also like Tina Fey and Amy Poehler at the Golden Globes. Hugh Jackman is pretty good, too. James Franco has to go down as the worst host ever, though. Poor Anne Hathaway.

I'm tuning in for the monologue, then tuning out to watch zombies followed by Matthew McConoughey (I can't spell his last name) being cynical and moody. If that ends in time maybe I'll watch Matthew McConoughey do his "alright, alright, alright" when he wins.

I saw Her, American Hustle, Gravity, 12 Years A Slave, and Captain Phillips. I'd like Her to win, but it won't. I wish Scarlett Johannsen got something, but I guess you can't be nominated for just your voice.

Oh yeah, I saw Captain Phillips, but that's it.

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
Only saw Frozen and Despicable Me 2. I actually think those are the only movies I saw this whole past year. The great social life of a high school teacher and 5th grade parent.
I saw Frozen, DM2 - 3x, Lone Ranger, Great Gatsby, Ten Commandments, and I think one other, which escapes me.
I so wanted to see Saving Mr. Banks, but it was playing way out of town (100 km, round trip), and the night we were set to go, we had a bad storm. Go figure.
