Hey Main Street USA,

I am currently finishing up my first year at the University of Oregon. I'm not sure if you all know this but we are the only college/university in the nation whos mascot is actually a real cartoon character. Our mascot is none other than "Donald Duck" himself. We actually got permission from the Walt Disney company a long time ago to use him as our mascot. How cool is that. Anyways, this summer I am leaving school to attend the WDW college program, I can't wait. WOOO HOOO!!!
:sohappy: Only 6 1/2 weeks to go!!!:sohappy:

Those of you who are students, I'm kinda interested WHERE you all go to school.

As for me, I first graduated from SE Missouri State University with a BA degree (2-D Studio Design), and I am now studying animation at Collins College in Tempe, AZ.

Right now I'm at a community college up near Niagara Falls, for another year, and then I'm already dual admissioned into Canisius College right in Buffalo. For accountanting in five years I have my MBA.

I'm a teacher. I teach Primary Two, so the children are 5 or 6 years old. They love having a teacher who calls her reading groups after Disney characters and has a whole range of Disney stamps and stickers!

Well I'm currently a University student studying for a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science. I work part time for our Students Union as a Catering Assistant. I do volantry work round the Union too, like being a conference delegate, I'm the Deputy Chair of our Students Representative Council (Elect) and VP of our LGB Society (Elect), so I'm a busy boy!

Well, I'm finishing my under-graduate course in English language and English and American Literatures.

As for work, I'm a translator and subtitler. Basically, I'm paid to watch movies and make them understandable to all those who don't speak English. It's cool, specially because I LOVE movies, and aldo, I get to work at home, so I can set up my own schedule.:D I don't choose what I'm gonna translate, so sometimes I get crap... I haven't done anything Disney, though, they are signed with another company. :brick: Maybe some day... Of course, my ultimate dream is to move to the US, either still working with translations, or maybe as a Supergreeter at WDW! :animwink:

When I am not in school I am a golf caddy and in my opinion its one of the greatest jobs in the world. The money is fantastic and the hours are great.

As for school, I spent 2.5 years at Norwich University in Northfield Vermont. I then left and went to Disney and did an advanced internship. I then transferred to the Univeristy of Southern Maine and am persuing my bachelors in Biology.

I work in Human Resources at a hospital.

I'm also a full time student at Cedar Crest College. I graduate on Saturday (woo hoo!) with a B.S. in Information Systems. :sohappy: I will have the summer off from school but will still be working FT. :( Come September, however, I hope to leave FT HR work behind and start working FT toward my masters at Drexel University in Philadelphia. :)

I work in New Orleans as a Real Estate Broker for several years now. Before that I worked in our family newspaper business (a small entertainment newspaper), and in my younger days, I worked for an Orthodontist, as an assistant and lab technician.
