That I can't help you with :shrug:.

Why don't you ask him to have a look at it and let him decide if it'll be OK? Most media download sites [including iPod] require some form of program to run downloads, so he'll probably approve once he's sure it's a legitimate site and not a malicious one.

By the way, kudos to your dad for setting rules for your internet use and bigger kudos to you for obeying them! :sohappy:

This thread on the disboard list places to download audio. THe downloads are feom Savefile.com and they download pretty slow, but some of the files are good.

Just a note though, the originator of the thread appears to have taken out his links, which were the best, but ne notes that he will post them soon.

WWW.visionsfantastic.com has some good stuff. Audio and video

http://www.soundofmagic.com/menu.htm has some nice audio as well.

http://www.mousegeeks.com/index.html has some GREAT audio section, but they just started requiring a membership though.

You can also go to limewire.com Just put in a title in audio and you may get a few pages of music. My son was trying things and hit the jackpot with alot of hard to find sounds. And the best part is there is no fee. Enjoy. We leave on April 10th for our 15th visit in 10 years, and it's not soon enough!!!! MUST CONTROL MYSELF!! :zipit: :zipit:

If your using iTunes got to the store and get some disney podcasts. They are free and downloaded through legal channels so your dad shouldn't have a problem with it.

I just saw that yesterday, and posted a thread similar to this one.

This is his reasoning for taking it down:

Sorry - I did take them down. I should have posted a warning, but last night I was doing some things for my new business and had this realization that since a small part of that will be selling Disney, having these files up may be a conflict of interest and I just didn't want to risk it. There are a couple projects still up because for some reason I couldn't delete (I don't know if someone was downloading from those ones at the same time or what) but I don't have my account up so I'm not even sure which ones those are.

Hopefully others that have downloaded will put some of it up on their own for you all. I'm glad I was able to share with so many people and I apologize for any inconvenience it caused taking them down so fast. If others want to upload some of their files I'd be more than happy to keep a running tab on post #1 of everyone's projects so they're easy to find.
