When Love Bugs attack!

What exactly is a love bug? What do they look like? Is it a japanese beetle that looks like a lady bug?

Back in May my mother and sister were staying at Vero Beach when the love bugs attacked. They tried to stick it out but couldn't take it and moved to CBR to stay there the rest of their trip. The pictures of their car were unreal I can't believe those things

Ugly indeed. Fortunately their penchant for um...fornicating mid air makes them rather slow moving and you can easily swat them away...unless you are caught in a big swarm and in that case you are doomed. :lookaroun

I drove up US27 from West Pembroke Pines, FL and my God!! I used up all of the windshield wiper fluid before we even got to Lake Placid!!

Bug and Tar remover does the trick! Disney should TOTALLY have a mobile unit offering car washes. They would make a fortune!
