This is a new one since last year was the first time using it, But I like the welcome to WDW DVD they play on Magical Express......Leading up to when you drive under the WDW sign!!!!!!!!!!

I think something must be certainly wrong with me. Unless certain triggers are met, I have a hard time enjoying myself. I walk around unfazed until "it" happens. One time, I lost almost an entire day that way!

Here's what hits me:
1. The smell inside of Space Mountain...
or
2. The smell of the water rides such as Norway, Pirates, or Small World.
3. I have a Dole Whip (or eat at the Yakitori House).

Imagine the sensation of not fully recognizing that you're not at the park- and then having it slam home in one tear-jerking moment.

It's like having the magic turned on and off like a light switch.

The strange thing is- Disneyland and DisneyWorld have the same smells.

I would say there are a series of events that is my trigger: Arriving at MCO, shuttle to the resort, MK early the next morning, then straight to Space Mountain. THEN, and only after these, my WDW vacation is officially started. :wave:
