What's your tradition?

I was just curious to hear about other people's Disney World Traditions.

For example, an arrival tradition that my fiance and I have is: We take an early flight (usually around 7AM), upon our arrival, we hop on the Disney's Magical Express, check in at our resort and head right for the Magic Kingdom. Once we're there (usually around 11:30AM) we head right to Casey's Corner for the most delicious hot dog I've ever tasted, and then finally head on over the "The Wildest Ride In The Wilderness!" BTMM!

We also don't go to the parks the first day. We check in and then get changed and head over to Downtown Disney for dinner. My DH and I always have one meal in the WS. With my family, we always have breakfast at the Swan or Dolphin on the day we leave. Seems all our traditions revolve around food

Chef Mickeys for breakfast before we enter our first park of the trip. That first park is always the MK. Thats really the only true tradition we maintain every trip. The rest is just enjoyment as it comes.... :D

Oh sorry. One other is the first time we've taken our kids (for their first time ever at Disney) we go on Small World and video tape them for the whole ride. I have video of all three of my kids on their first ever Disney ride. It's fun to go back and watch their expressions as they take it all in... :king:

My sister and I go every year. We leave Mexico City at 11:30. We get to MCO at 3:40 aprox. and take Magical Express to AKL. We check in, go to our room, and see the beautiful savanna view from the balcony. Then, we take the bus to Downtown Disney, do the first shopping and have dinner at Rainforest Cafe. We have the fried calamari and the planet earth pasta, a glass of wine (my sister) and a margarita (myself) and talk about the 10 great days ahead of us!!
We are leaving in 13 days!!!!!:sohappy::sohappy::sohappy:
