I almost put that in about making the floors stickier for dancing. I heard about it from the Muppet Show with Rudolf Nureyev. He had the crew mop the floor with coke. I need to try that in my kitchen so the 2 year old doesn't slide from one room to the other.
When I worked at a drug store many years ago, somebody broke a bottle of whiskey on the floor that took the wax and whatever else was on the floor tile right off.:hurl:

Diet Coke all the way! And the vanilla version rules, as well.
In general, Coke products have a slight vanilla taste to them and Pepsi products have a slight lime taste. I much prefer the vanilla.
And to all of you non-upper-Midwest types that don't call it pop ... you're wrong. It's pop. Always is, always will be.

OK... so is POP just a midwest thing then? we NEVER figured this out.... I know most folks around Chicago say "pop" . About 75% of the people I know in Wisconsin say "pop".
UGH this hurts my brain.. we need maps and demographics on who says what & where & why!! :lol:

I've never actually met anyone who said pop...but then I've lived in NY my whole life & haven't been off the East Coast.

Now you made me go get a dictionary.
Pop -- definition #3 A beverage which expels the cork with a pop from the bottle
Soda -- definitions #1-5 refer to chemicals such as sodium carbonate and sodium hydroxide
#6 short for soda water Also a drink made with soda water.
Coke - a residue obtained when coal is subjected to destructive distillation.
Clearly POP is the best and most widely accepted definition for carbonated beverages...

Can`t we all just get along? Let`s all call it Soda POP! :lol: Here in Ohio most people call it coke or pepsi and I have heard some say coke for either! LOL!
