What's the $ for?

Curious...do you charge membership fees due to the storage space you provide for photos? The reason I ask is because the majority of the content on your site is obtainable from other FREE resources... Just curious why you would charge for the the same thing I can get other places for free...

It isn't specifically for storage, it is mostly for bandwidth.

The majority of content on this site IS free. The only things that are included in the "pay versions" is the larger images, videos and more personal photo storage. I think you will find that most people that pay are supporting the site for more reasons than listed above. They want to help Steve keep our community and resources available to all Disney fans.

I wouldn't call the resources all "free". Most of the contributors donate their resources, be it pictures, videos, sounds that they have collected and/or created on their own time and dime. The magic of WDWMagic are the members and the people who support it to keep it running.

I support this site because I enjoy being able to download the videos of the attractions. I felt that if I'm going to be using bandwidth and therefore adding to Steve's cost, then I don't mind doing my part to help offset those costs.
