1st time cruiser here. We have decided on a car service instead of dcl transfers. I want to go ahead and schedule it now, what are my chances of getting an 11:00 port arrival time? Slim to none lol?

Yep! For a first timer your online check-in will open at 12:01 am 75 days out.

Oh and BTW, that's 12:01 EASTERN time. Different than for WDW and DL, which for ADR purposes is 12:01 PACIFIC time.
I have gotten that confused so many times. This past trip we had both ADRs and a DCL voyage, so naturally I assumed it was going to be 2:00 am Central time, and was shocked when I checked at 11:59 pm Central on a lark and had no problem checking in for the cruise. I probably lost a cabana because of that (well, maybe not).
Anyway, just FYI, so you can avoid getting up every hour on the hour to see if you can check in yet (yes I have done that in the past for ADRs...grrr)

We snagged an 11:00 arrival time for our first cruise, no prob as long as you log in early.
