What will come first a 5th disney park or a 3rd universal park?

If they wanted to do something Harry Potter related they could add the Forbidden Forest to it. That would add Centaurs, Acromantula, Unicorns, Hippogriffs & Thestrals to the list. Not to mention Graup, Fluffy and the Weasley's Ford Anglina. Maybe even a Sphinx depending on what happened to the one from the Triwizard Tournament.
I'd add werewolves to that list. Also if they wanted to do the Forbidden Forest it would make more sense replacing Dragon Challenge so it's next to Hogwarts.
Most of that is already represented in Wizarding World.
Only one is, the Acromantulas. And Buckbeak is in Flight of the Hippogriff.

True. But they probably will want something Harry Potter related in the 3rd park and that is the only thing that would fit his monster theme. Unless they take something from the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them film series which I forgot about until just now. I just read that there will be an American version of Hogwarts in Fantastic Beasts. I wonder if they will add that to the 3rd park.

I think Centaurs actually are in Hogwarts Express as well.

If Disney would add another theme park it they would often only be able to charge another 10-20 dollars a person for most families because it adds at LEAST a fifth day. Many don't go to the park every day so with hotel costs and the length of the vacation time I don't think we will be seeing a new park soon.

Universal has been investing more in guest spending. Between Harry Potter, Jurassic Park, Marvel, Simpsons, Despicable Me, Spongebob and other ventures like Hello Kitty. They are also expanding their onsite resorts and tapping into the water park market they have yet to explore. This keeps people on their property on dollars they would spend at Disney and Sea World.

I think the third park is going to have Nintendo, Nickelodeon, Dreamworks, Hannah Barbera and some others to make this the real family park.

If they bought Sea World, they'd have to buy the parks in Texas and California, as well as the 2 Busch Gardens parks, as those are owned by SeaWorld Entertainment. I dont see that happening at all.
They don't have to do anything lol. They could easily buy them and sell them off. It's business.

It would be a bad idea for them to put Harry Potter in a third park. The way they have it setup now is brilliant w/ the hog warts express- it's smart and it works perfect. Putting a potter attraction anywhere else would be sloppy and not make sense on how you get there.
At this point- they have two options- build next to DA or build next to hogsmeade.
Fear factor or disaster! Go for it- let's make a ministry of magic. Telephone booths can take you there, and you can do a flume ride or MOM battle, etc.
For IOA- take out sinbad and add the forbidden Forest that connects to hogsmeade.

Those are just my armchair ideas. :)
I would take out Dragon Challenge for the Forbidden Forest. It's an eyesore in an incredible themed environment that bothers me like no other.

I dont think Dragon Challenge should be taken out, but rethemed. Build a mountain around the track. Forbidden forest feels too uncomplete to build too

If they were going to retheme Dueling Dragons they would have. I would not be surprised to see the dragons make a very fine exit from the parks.

Even better. Dragon challenge makes no sense there anyway.
Location-wise- it fits perfect right by Hagrid's. You could put the whomping willow out front, and have a great ride there involving the centaurs, spiders, unicorns, troll, voldemort, etc. it'd be ideal; honestly.
Maybe to extend hogsmeade on the south end you could put in the shrieking shack with a ride that ties into the wolf/prisoner of azkaban. That'd be an ideal location too.

Ok- sold. Who do I need to green light this project to?
I'd leave out the spiders and Voldemort to focus on things that aren't as prominent in other rides already. The Shreiking Shack would be cool but I don't know about a ride. A place just to explore would be fine by me.
