What time do you go to sleep?

Besides the EMH at MK till 2am, what is the average time you get back to your resort and sleep. I find that while at Disney I'm only sleeping 4-5 hours a night? Normally that would be fine, but after spending all day walking in the Florida sun, I'm trying to find ways to get everything done earlier.

Its usually 11-12pm because of the kids. but this past december, just me and the mrs, it was still midnight. Way too cold!!!!!!! we tried EMH, but just could not do it due to the weather. even with kids, we wake up at 9am. EMH does not make a difference, as we found it just makes it more crazy!!!!!!!:brick:

Seems being a DVC member changes how you 'enjoy' WDW.

We usually don't go to the parks until 5:00 p.m. We sometimes don't hit the parks at all 2-3 days of our trips and when we do, we stay at the Evening EMH parks. We get back to the resort maybe at 1:00 a.m., sleep in till 10:30 the next morning, roll out of bed, throw a hat on and brush our teeth. Go have our 10:45 Table Service breakfast and go back to the room and lounge around the resort until 3 or 4 in the afternoon.

When I compare our trips where we rushed rushed rushed versus the trips we have now where we relax and rest. There is no comparison. We love our vacations that much more now because our visits are very slow and smell the roses type of trips.

Much MUCH better than any theme park commando approach. We get 1 Bedroom Villas or larger each trip so you don't feel pressured to 'get out' of the 'hotel room' anytime. With all the space of a small apartment, nice balcony, etc....hanging out/taking your time in the room is very pleasant.

I really dont think weather you are DVC members or not has anything to do with this. We choose POR but were not pressured to get out of the room. If all I wanted to do was relax and hangout in a hotel room I can do that here in town. Its the length of your trips and how much you want to do. And for us personally I love the parks at night, When we are discussing on what time we get back to the resort, we dont even go into the parks some times tll 7 or 8 at night.

We normally head back to our resort around midnight. Once we hit the pillows, we're out like lights!!! (Three things we always do well at Disney, is sleep, eat and walk!!!!) I really like the early mornings at Disney (we aren't normally morning people) and we try to fit in as much as we can in a day.

Depends on the day, typically between 11-12 and then get up early the next day for breakfast to beat the crowds get about 6 - 8 hours a night I always feel like I get the best sleep in WDW and fall asleep instantly because of all the walking but I'm never tired the next day!

Times are different now...... that a little one is involved. There was no turn in time when I was childless, though I was never a night owl even as a younger adult or teen. I always did and still do get up no later than 6am so I can be at my early breakfast resi. or park opening. Now with our little girl we are back at the hotel right after wishes or illuminations. I would love to stroll the parks after they were empty ( I never have) but I don't think this will happen for quite a long while:)

EMH notwithstanding, I'm usually in bed by midnight, getting up around 8.

If EMH is until 3 (which is the latest I believe they've ever had EMH while I've been there), then I'm in bed at 4 and up by 10.
