There's a difference between shorts and booty shorts. There's a difference between a t-shirt and a crop top that is stretched to bursting and showing underbewb.
Nobody is saying people should be in V&A dresscode to attend the parks. But smthat doesn't mean dressing like you are on stage next at The Seventh Veil is appropriate, either.
It's a family environment. An average family. Not necessarily the most repressed, or most lenient family, but average. Disney sets the dress code, as it is their sandbox.
