There has been a fair amount of discussion about new vessels in DCL's future.

I am wondering what size vessels folks here prefer!

It's hard! We like the classic size but prefer the additional offerings and tech of the new ships. The first thing out of Tracey's mouth is always "Is there a sports simulator??? Well, then...." As if the man has spent such quality time sports simulating but whatever. Right? We like how much more is offered on the bigger ships but not the size. Maybe if there was less people. It wouldn't do for us to be mega-rich. We'd have our own vessel all to ourselves. LOL!

And his stupid bass boat does not count. ;)

Well I have my baby Too, a 1954 Chris Craft Sea Skiff.....Tonka has been in the family for 56 years. You have to understand us guys with our love affairs with Boats and guy toys in general! :D

I totally understand! I'm a (semi-nearing-40-yro) grown up girl with about 40 collectible dolls. I can just hear the husband when I say we'd have our own private vessel: "I got a boat! You just don't like it." Nope. There's no potty. I'm not going out on a boat that long w/out facilities. And entertainment other than a book & nap. LOL! Chris Craft is a whoooole other story! ;)

I liked the size of the Fantasy. While the Magic was great, the Fantasy had an additional couple of decks and was longer so there was more to do.

This is my opinion to a "T". I love the Magic. We've done 8 cruises on the Magic, it's our home away from home. But I loved the technology of the Fantasy; the interactive art, the animation show in Animator's Palate, the Midship Detective Agency, the Skyline lounge.

If you forced me to pick only one that I would have to sail on from now on, it would probably be the Fantasy. But I'd be very sad to give up the Magic. It's a great ship.

Dream-class ships are what I prefer. I don't need a city on a barge and I don't really want to be on a dingy. The Dream-class ships are perfectly in between.

On a mega ship; I can see the first ever Space Mountain at sea. What would you put "at sea" if you had that much space to work with?

I can't really pick (as I've only been on 2 cruises ever, on the Dream and Fantasy). However, I would love to try the Magic and Wonder. I'm not sure if I want to try the Small or Mega ships though

I will tell you after January 2014 ... we have so far only done the bigger ships, I will say that I loved them ... but then again I live in Michigan and grew up on the water, so I like anything that moves on the water ... My wife is writing a blog about the Dream for our site ... It should be up this weekend if I can force myself to do the corresponding photos.

The poll closed while I was still on the Magic. I haven't been on the Dream/Fantasy, but I feel the Magic/Wonder are the perfect size. I have no desire EVER to sail on the giant RCL ships
