Walt Disney Railroad - Walt loved trains, had his own little version in his yard.

It's a park icon for me and a tradition. It is the first thing I ride in MK. Circle the park, see a bit of each land, and then get ready to enter the park.

It's our ritual to get pumped for the park.

Not that we need HELP getting enthused about the park :ROFLOL:

Haunted Mansion (though I admit, Sir Goofy, your defence of the Jungle Cruise is also very sound!)

my runner up would be Muppetvision 3D. The original 4D movie experience, and still, I believe, the best of the lot.

Original? This type of ride has been done at other parks before SM existed. Don't get me wrong, I really love this ride. Original though?

First post in thread:
"What ride or attraction do you think is the most original made by WDI in any of the parks around the world???"

When I think of Originality I think of theming/atmospherity(?), storyline, and attention to detail within an attraction that elaborates the combination of the two. If that makes any sense at all. That being said, these are a little different from what I would consider to be my favorite attractions, which are only favorites because of my own biased opinions and sheer enjoyment. :)

#7: The Alien Encounter that got barfed on in 2004 and Phantom Manor.
#6: Great Movie Ride and Dinosaur.
#5: Expedition Everest and Indiana Jones Adventure (DL).
#4: The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror (WDW).
#3: All of World Showcase. Just amazing.
#2: Haunted Mansion (WDW).
#1: Splash Mountain (WDW) and Pirates of the Caribbean (DL and DLP).

Honorable Mentions: It's a Small World, OUR Pirates, Kali River Rapids, Kilimanjaro Safaris, Peter Pan's Flight, Jungle Cruise (only considering what SirGoof had to say about it), Mission Space, Toy Story Mania....basically everything else.

I know many people are going to disagree with me but I think currently it has to be EE. I've always loved coasters of all kinds and was, once upon a time, a member of American Coaster Enthusiasts. I've ridden suspended, standing, sitting, going backwords, even a wooden roller coaster with a loop, but even without the effects working the coaster is pretty unique when you consider the fact that there are two track switches and it goes forward and backward and can safely (so far) run up to 3 coasters on these tracks.

That only makes EE unique from a technical data and engineering standpoint, but as far as the ride experience (aka what counts), EE is really not anything special at all. Sadly, it's always the technical stuff that fans of EE always tout in order to portray EE as a great attraction. But if pressed, they can never really speak about the experience itself (themeing or ride).
