Star Trek!
A Ted attraction would be awesome! At the very least, they oughta make Ted a walk-around character.Call me crazy but I think a TED (Seth MacFarlane) show can be real funny to be a show like Turtle Talk...
After all, Seth is capable of making some REALLY FUNNY jokes without alcohol, violence, cussing, sex, or drugs. (It sounds kinda weird but it's true)

Of course, I'm still waiting on my Quahog land with an epic Family Guy dark ride, Big Pete's House of Munch and McBurgertown restaurants, Drunken Clam bar, and Quahog Mini-Mart shop...
I think a Tom & Jerry dark ride would be great in a refurbed kid zone. I feel like they are still relevant and timeless ...
They supposedly passed on it.Universal was offered Avatar first but they declined.

i personally love the idea of avatar and wished universal would have bought the rights because they could ve done a great job with itI think the Uni execs actually watched the movie instead of just looking solely at box office numbers.
cars land is great because of the incredible theming and great E ticket avatar will too if given the same treatment JMHOI didn't hate Avatar, but I think it's safe to say the box office numbers are in no way indicative of its sustainability as a franchise. Most people saw it for its (formerly novel) gimmick and walked away with a collective response of, "Nice visuals, but meh." I'm actually starting to wonder if they'll even bother with the delayed sequels.

i like this quote from a different web site
"The Avatar theme is ripe for beautiful imagination and theming, which is a huge plus. But the attractions WILL stand on their own regardless of the vehicle and this is the point detractors need to get over (i.e. Hold disney to a quality standard, not a brand standard). Quality is what counts, not your personal likes or dislikes"
In a perfect world, that quote might be true. In reality, I think it's completely wrong.
Being a theme park enthusiast, I can enjoy practically any theme park attraction that's done well, regardless of the theme. With that said, I don't represent the general public, and parks aren't just in the business of creating good attractions, they need to create good attractions that will appeal to the masses. I don't think Avatar will do that. People know what it is, but it won't get them through the turnstiles IMO, which in turn means the potential quality of the attraction won't matter.
Disney has been lucky in the past, being able to turn original ideas into staple attractions, but when you're dealing with preexisting IPs, it's important to pick one people actually want to see. It's equally important to pick one you'll be able to do justice. I'm not convinced they can recreate Pandora successfully. I'm not sure if Universal would've been able to either. Regardless, I'm glad they passed on it.
Transformers- This is one of Hollywood's biggest franchises right now, of course you'll need to cash in on it. It also has nostalgia power behind it with the folks wo grew up with the 80's toys and cartoon. I personally hate the Michael Bay movies and think they're some of the worst movies ever made, but the ride looks great.
As a massive Volkswagen enthusiast, and an original transformers fan.Bumblebee will forever be a beetle for me![]()
