Mm hmm. I could see a land with walkthroughs on individuals then have them come together and more in one big ride. The walkthroughs could be:
Dracula's Castle
Frankenstein's Lab (like you mentioned)
Bates Motel (like you mentioned)
Baltimore State Hospital
YES! I'm getting excited over nothing, LOL. But it's fun to imagine.![]()
It's fun because I actually feel like in the world of Universal right now, anything is a possibility.
You are so right. Anything really is impossible at Uni. There are so many things they could tap into and create and build. Endless possibilities.
More importantly I feel like they want to and the are trying to and they want to!
Unlike someone I know (TDO ... I'm looking at you.)
I'm really liking the idea of a classic horror section of the park....
But even if they couldn't go that route, at the very least set up something along the lines of the Great Movie Ride at DHS but make it horror movie themed

Child's Play if you want to go the horror route.
Not to mention that Universal would do DC Comics light years better than anything in a Six Flags park. With Disney owning marvel now, it would also be nice to retheme the super hero area and maybe get ahold of DC comics (yeah I know six flags has the lead on any of that), but I had seen somewhere on the net once an old concept of Gotham City that would fit perfectly over there
The Matrix would make an awesome ride.
Planet of the Apes would make a great SGE type attraction for Uni. It would be cheap to build and help increase the attraction count in the park.
Love How to train your Dragon! My DS says , "It's the only series that doesn't suck after the second book (aside from HP of courseOther franchises I think would work well,
How to Train Your Dragon (Sequel in 2014)
Croods
Van Helsing (Remake is coming)
Fast and Furious (Two more sequels)
Grinch (Illumination is doing the new one) and Lorax (Sequel coming)

I think a Tom & Jerry dark ride would be great in a refurbed kid zone. I feel like they are still relevant and timeless ...
There's a new show coming out on Cartoon Network this year plus everyone knows them, so it would fit.
