I know some of us plan to the extreem but it does pay to at least pay attention to the basics. We are staying at Boardwalk Concierge and as I was walking down the hall I overheard one of the concierge staff running down another guest saying "Sir! Sir! The computer aparantly did not pick up the double booking.... 4 adults and a child cannot stay in one room.....".
I'm curious to think how Disney will handle this. Give them another room because they did not catch it? That's a pretty nice comp if they can get away with it. Make them move to a resort that can accomodate 5 in a room? (What a demotion, from Boardwalk Concierge to POFQ full of Cheerleaders!). Make the party purchase another room? Yikes! Not a lot of good options. All could have been avoided had someone read the occupancy restrictions on the rooms.
