LOL ! About a 3 hr drive from you! And let me tell you the mickey rice crispy treats I made, yeah, got the main street usa music playing and if I close my eyes....Oh I'm there!

I'll bet! I have to tell you that you inspired me to do something similar (if less grandiose) for Valentine's Day dessert in our house the other night. I cut up some strawberries and bananas, and put out some pretzels and marshmallows on a plate. Then I melted some chocolate in the microwave, and we had a mock fondue party! Yum!

Aren't you the sweetest Valentine to have?! I love thoughtful gifts/deeds vs. expensive ones. Like what do you get the man who has what he wants and pretty much gets something if he wants it bad enough? For his birthday last year I baked his favorite cake, German chocolate, from scratch. :lookaroun For Valentines Day he got the license plate he wanted for the front of his truck that only cost like $15. It's not the $$, it's the thought. You nailed it!

So what recipe did you use for the crispy treats because that's my favorite WDW treat and I've tried to get the right taste w/consistency lots of times but never can quite get it. Mine come out too crisp or lacking that perfect amount of soft/chewy.
