What Do You Think The Scariest Ride Is At WDW?

The only ride that has ever made me jump and scream was Haunted Mansion,in the graveyard,i just turned to say something to my wife and when i turned round something jumped up from behind a headstone and screamed, then i screamed followed by my wife. Got stuck on Shiekra right at the top for 20 minutes,no problem,HM nearly ripped the restraints out i jumped that much.

Tower's even now still a lil' freaky, waiting for that first drop/climb. Especially when you look up at the ceiling dropping/coming closer.
:D

But honestly it's Pre-Rehab Space Mountain, the lack of upkeep is incredibly apparent, and when it's supposed to be pitch black and you see this stuff, you know it's bad.

The Jungle Cruise at night is pretty freaky looking.

Had a little kid tell us that The Land was the scariest ride in WDW... pretty darn priceless.

I don't now, nor have I ever since going for the first time in 1974 or so at 2 years old remember ever being scared at WDW. Not Alien Encounter (thought the preshow was funny, thought the actual show was a big blah), not Haunted Mansion (not even as a little kid) and not Tower of Terror. EE is incredibly mild. Tower of Terror is the most thrilling, but its not scary. Even my five year old daughter wasn't scared. She laughed the whole time we were dropping! Maybe we're just jaded.
Honestly the only time I remember being scared in a theme/amusement park was at Six Flags over Georgia back in the 70's when they had the Haunted Fort or whatever it was called. That was pretty creepy for a little kid.
Unless one counts being afraid I was going to die on the now deceased Psyclone and Flashback. Talk about rough rides! :hurl:

Dinosaur there is someting about riding a jerking, bumpy ride in darkness then suddenly you stop and there is a some kind of creature snarling at you. Lol ! I know I know I'm a big sissy !

Scary?? uhhmmm IMO there really isn't a scary ride. Six flags near my me has the tallest and fastest coaster in the world (Kingda Ka), soooo if that doesn't scare me than nothing at Disney will. haha but if I had to pick, I guess ....(still thinking) ... Mission Space, for my fear of throwing up.. haha

Definitely mission space. I'm claustrophobic, so getting in the car is bad enough. Then the door closes and you move even closer to the screen. There is so little space in that car, I just absolutely hate it. I feel like I'm going to have a heart attack when I'm on it.

Definatly Dinosaur!!! :zipit:

I don't feel that any of the thrill type rides are that scary, as in upside down, dropped, shaken etc..... but the first time I got on that thing the picture at the end was priceless!

I nearly jumped out of the car! :hammer: (after all I was only 26!!!)

I'll add my vote for Dinosaur as well. I'm 24 and a thrill ride enthusiast. I won't shirk from a 300 foot fall or a multitude of inversions. But one thing that does get me are loud noises and Dinosaur is just full of them. They could stick a bullhorn in place of that Carnosaur and I'd still be freaked out. It's gotten to the point where I wear ear plugs on the ride.
