After an hour session with my new personal trainer at the gym (previous one decided to go to medical school...she'll be a great MD!), I did 20 minutes on the bike for a distance of 5.4 miles with an average pace of 3:41.

45 minute run tomorrow per Galloway's training for Princess Half.

Leaving Wednesday for a Thanksgiving trip to Disney with daughter & son in law....and both sets of parents. Have a 6.5 mile run Saturday, so if you see some crazy woman running back and forth from World Drive, past Poly and GF to the end of the sidewalk along the Lagoon, that will be me I'm dragging my DS-in-law with me..... :D

You ran 24 miles Sunday?!?! Wow!!!!

Hahaha. Nope, not quite. Yes, trying to add on miles, but nope, not gonna make that much of a jump. I'm just lucky now when I can keep squeezing an extra 10-15 mins each week to add on miles. Especially now that my DS' naps are getting shorter and shorter, finding time to do a long runs gets harder, never mind when I need to free up 3+ hours in another month or so for Jan.

I think @dreamfinder is showing the pace intervals of his 12 mile run at a 2% incline on the treadmill. It took me a few minutes to figure out his stats ...

Yup, that's it.

Still impressive. Doing anything with small children is hard let alone finding time to do something for yourself. :)

Planned to run last night but pulled something in my lower back so I rode the recumbent stationary bike for 35 minutes instead. Feeling worse today. Guess I'll be asking for help taking the 22 pound turkey in and out of the oven on Thanksgiving!

Become vegetarian, the tofurkey/celebration/whatever loaves usually only weigh a pound or two. And no one else wants to eat it so it's all mine!!!!!! Hope the back gets better.

Ran 2.9 miles on TM with 1% incline yesterday. As I'm typing this, I'm laying in my bed at the GF, trying to decide if I want to go workout at the gym, knowing that we will be braving the MK today. Can/will a day at the MK on Black Friday work off the excellent turkey dinner we had last night and our lunch today at Liberty Tree? Umm.....

2.25 miles yesterday. Thanks to a helpful CM who thought we were lost, found the trail that runs around the Shades of Green golf course. Was a lovely run...cool, sunny morning, trail was nice. Was supposed to run 6.5 miles, but we didn't set out until 8am (I am on vacation, you know!), and had to cut our run short so we could get back and cleaned up for our breakfast ADR. But I'm sure I made up the 4.25 mile deficit walking all over Epcot yesterday.....

Yes, I am. As I previously posted, I'm going from one race's training schedule right into the next. So when I finish the Princess Half, I will pick up the SW Dark Side about the 2-3 week point. Running has become my life, lol.
