What country would you add to Worldshow case? I'm thinking Greece. Greece is cool looking, plus we need a place for the Hercules cast. XD

Australia would be cool... and a country from Africa.

That's been the practice up to now, but it's not a set in stone policy. If Disney wanted to build a pavilion based on a particular country, there's nothing that says they can't do it without that country's sponsorship.

Of course it's not set in stone, Disney can do what they want, but under the current system, the countries sponsor their pavilion.

That's exactly what I said, just in different words. Therefore, it's not necessary for a country to be able to afford it in order for it to happen (as Unkadug implied and you seemed to back him up on).

Now that that's out of the way, my suggestion would be one of the Caribbean countries.

I remembered that there were pictures of the pavillion on the sign. The Isreal one had a boat ride of some sort if I remember correctly.

It should be Israel - there is so much history - they could even put in a ride that would take you by or through the sites - the aquaducts of Jerusalem, Masada, Dead Sea, Temple wall, Great Mosque, Bethlehem, etc.

I would say India or some part of Africa, but I think at this point those would be better suited at the Animal Kingdom. However, I'd like to see those areas expanded a bit more at the AK, in a WS-like fashion. Add in an educational ride, show, or film; add stores that have more merchandise that represents the country; restaurants with food from those countries. I realize that most of this stuff is at the AK to a degree. I'd just like to see it expanded.


As for World Showcase proper, I'd like to see...

- Greece
- Russia
- Egypt
- Spain
- Sweden
- Iceland

India - I could see a cool pavilion with a mini-Taj Mahal and a really good Indian restaurant
Russia - could be another striking pavilion
Australia could be nice too.

(2) Greece

(3) Russia

(4) India

Because I think the cultures of these countries could add A LOT to EPCOT (not to say that others couldn't).

(5) Ireland (Because it would be awesome! *even though the Irish are represented in the UK).
