OK, since my first 2 choices were taken with Castlevania and white castle, I'll give my number 3.

Here is my drawing of Beauty and the Beast Castle for a Disney theme park I created on the Imagineer forum. Basically, this is modeled after Sleeping Beauty Castle at Disneyland Paris, with a number of modifications, such as the domed ballroom from the movie.

I do agree with some others in that it's very similar to the Paris one, but even then, nice artwork!

My vote is for a copy of DLP's Sleeping Beauty castle, not that it matters because the hypothetical third US location is never, ever going to happen.

You know... Some to think of it that would be a great castle for an up north park. The design of it would blend in with Frontierland, adventureland and Fantasyland allowing them to cram in each section close to the castle making it a bearable farm to walk thru in the winter plus with the surroundings of that castle each chamber can be used to keeping visitors indoors as much as possible in the winter. That court yard that surrounds the castle would be a great structure for a retractable roof connecting to the castle in the winter.

Can't believe no one has said this (if someone has I apologize) since it's so popular right now, Elsa's castle in Frozen.

I personally think as the Disney theme park empire expands that each park should have it's own princess castle anyways.
There would have to be some modifications to made to existing ones and some wishful thinking/time travel for others.

-Disneyland: Snow White (the first & original)
-Magic Kingdom: Cinderella (classic)
-Tokyo Disneyland: Frozen (fits with the climate)
-Disneyland Paris: Beauty & The Beast (French ties)
-Hong Kong Disneyland: Sleeping Beauty (already set)
-Shanghai Disneyland: Tangled (grandeur & new)

-Disneyland Rio: Little Mermaid (coastal & tropical)
-New Delhi Disneyland: Aladdin (Indian/Middle Eastern ties)

To be clear, Mulan, Pochahontas, & Tiana really don't have castles. Merida's is a bit more plain than the rest.

Since Disneyland is the first, our castle shouldn't change, whatsoever.

Since the concept art for the original Snow White Castle and the final Sleeping Beauty castle look almost the same, I don't think it would really matter lol This is of course when the castle was supposed to be this way before they flipped it back to front.

They look the same because the castle in the concept art is Sleeping Beauty Castle, not Snow White Castle lol. I don't even think there was concept art for Snow White Castle, though the castle in the earliest sketch of Disneyland does look like the one in the Snow White film.

The art is for what become known as a Sleeping Beauty Castle. That name definitely came later. The design, being Germanic, does makes sense with the Germanic Snow White instead of the more French Sleeping Beauty story.

Do you know anything about the castle in the original Disneyland concept art by Herb Ryman? As I said earlier, it kind of looks like Snow White's castle in the film, but then again it doesn't.

Here is the original Snow White Castle, however if you mirror it, bring the main building right up to the front wall and add a few turrets it matches the concept art I posted earlier.

That's the thing, I don't think the castle in the concept art is supposed to be Snow White Castle. Kudos on getting a good-sized image of the art.

Whether it's Snow White Castle or not, changing Sleeping Beauty Castle to Snow White Castle would not be a good and wise idea... Fans would have heart attacks.

If you look at Neuschwanstein Castle you'll see that it has that very large main massing that you see in the Ryman drawing, which was removed when it was moved up front.

I could see the front resembles the Neuschwanstein and the current Sleeping Beauty Castle... The rest looks nothing like what we have now, which is why I was confused.
