What are Your Favorite "Can't Miss" Things in WDW?

My mom and I are making plans for our stay in the park in a few days, and we both wanted to know what everyone's "Can't Miss List" was. We'll be there for around two and a half days, so we're trying to map out the things we want to see and do. We both haven't been in a while, so we're not really sure what things to do. We'd just like to know what you all think are some of the best parts of WDW be it a ride, a show, an attraction or anything else there.

Hmmm..This is tough.

MK - Splash, Pirates, Haunted Mansion, Winnie the Pooh, Space, and Philharmagic.
Epcot - SSE, Test Track, Soarin', Ellen, and Maelstrom.
AK - Dino, Primeval Whirl, Everest, Nemo Musical, and Kali.
DHS - Tower of Terror, Great Movie Ride, The American Idol Experience, and Fantasmic!

While there are many other things that you should do, those are the things that I thing you must do.

Test Track, the bakery in France, eating and shopping our way through World Showcase, Reflections of Earth.

RNRC, The Great Movie Ride, Fantasmic and Toy Story Mania.

Dinosaur, KS and enjoying the scenery of AK.

DTD is an absolutely must as is The Boardwalk/Beach Club/Yacht Club area.

try not to go to animal kingdom as its probably the park with the least must dos plus its gonna be hard enough fitting in the other three in two and a half days.
