Yay! I've finally decided what I'm being for Halloween!
I'm going as Bender from the Breakfast Club! :D
Have any of you made a decision on what you're being?

I do theatre, so it's always cool for me to be one of my fav past characters for Halloween. Brings back so many wonderful memories. My fav role has been "Cha Cha" in the musical "Grease" ...I did that show summer of 2001 and since then I like to "revive" Cha Cha on Halloween. :) This was my debut performance as a lead and since then it has opened the doors for me to sooo many amazing opportunities. That is why it's so special to me. (I am kinda sappy like that...I apologize lol)

Either a pirate or a "Survivor" (in general)

I've been a pirate forever, it's just too popular right now--not that I ma complaining at ALL!

And a Survivor is sort of pirate-esque, ripped clothes, bandana, dirt, a torch, immunity necklace, disheveled look, all good!!

EXCELLENT choice if I may say so myself... namewise, anyway.

i have a really funny costume that i plan on wearing this year -

the concept of the costums is an old woman carrying a baby on her back - my head will be in the baby's head position (with a little blue bonnet on), my arms are the baby's too - and my body will be the old woman's body (mainly the feet) and the upper torso of the old woman is inflatable with a mask for her head... it really is a sight to behold!

Unfortunately, I will be working that night at the Disney Store. I might be allowed to wear some Mickey Mouse gloves... but, if not.. I guess I'll just be a Disney Store cast member for halloween...

I was planning on being a Jedi.. :(

My costume is not made yet but if it is ever made and my dream can be realized and somebody will find the time to make my costume for me and the design for the costume I want is able to be done and easy and if the materials necessary for my costume are available and if somebody buys them and the whole thing is done before Halloween, then I'll be going out as a ghost with a jack o'lantern on my head just like one of Donald's nephews from the short "Trick or Treat"! :D

Ben They sell fake pumpkins (rubber like) that you can carve. Check Target. Then you could carve your own face into it and then cut a hole just big enough for your head. It shouldn't be too hard to make.

Yes, I've seen those plastic ones. But you see, my brother purchased this stuffed plush jack o'lantern from a Hallmark store that's just the right size to fit on top of my head. What I'd do, I figure, is get a white sheet and all and make the ghost part, then get a tight ski-cap, you know those things, and sew the top of the white sheet (where my head'd be) to the ski hat, and then, on top of the white sheet/ski cap, sew on the plush jack o'lantern. With the ski hat, the plush pumpkin would stay affixed to the top of my head and would prevent it or the white sheet from sliding off. Eh? ;) :D
