*Getting to help a guy propose to his girlfriend
*Making a Magical Moment for a family with the Power Rangers at DHS
*I received a card from a couple during MVMCP 2 years ago. I can't remember the exact words, but it said something like "Disney is just a place. It's the CMs who make the magic". They were so nice too.
*Receiving a "Get-a-free-hug" card from 2 little girls visiting Minnie during MNSSHP. Minnie got one too, and loved it!

Worst
I really don't have many "bad" experiences. I do have a few that stick out, unfortunately. And 2 happened on the same day.
*When I was in merchandise, a guy was short a few cents. When I asked him (nicely) if he had it, he got insensed, started cursing and threw the money down. A manager had to come out and talk to him (that was my first week, too).
*I don't really want to go into details, but a mom and dad tried to get free stuff when they clearly were in the wrong.
*This was the time when there was 2 incidents in 1 day- It was my last week of my CP last summer. I was working with Handy Manny, Jo Jo, and Goliath. Jo Jo and Goliath come out together, then Handy Manny comes out. Anyway. It was almost time for Jo Jo and Goliath to go get some popcorn. I had been announcing they were leaving for quite some time before they left. However, when Handy Manny came out, the family who would have been next pitched a complete and total fit (the way it works, the characters change right there, instead of walking off). They went to GR and complained too. It wouldn't have been so bad, if the same thing didn't happen a couple of hours later. I normally don't let that sort of thing get to me (people complain all the time when the line is closed, ect). But it was my last week, and they were both really nasty.

Didn't happen to me but i was there and it was really cute, I was on Strollers pick up after Wishes, and i was really late and this family with couple of sleepy kids in their own stroller goes near by the train station and they see Mickey waiving good bye. Kids out of their sleep start to yield and wave good bye to Mickey.

Been part of the Welcome group to the Family that got the Park for couple of hours (that was fun)

Too many bad moments.

I have so many good memories that they out shadow the bad.

I worked a 8am open shift and wasn't too happy about it since I'd just gotten off at midnight. My manager put me out at the East Train cart which is right by the train station. It was awesome!! I got to be one of the first CMs to welcome the Guests to the park. I started thinking about how many of them were walking into MK or WDW for the first time. It was amazing.

I loved being there during the Holidays. It was so much fun wishing each other and guests Merry Christmas starting at midnight! Christmas week was a lot of work and very little sleep but it was so festive!

I also worked New Years Eve. I got lucky and was out at East Train Cart at midnight. My friend who I wanted to come watch the fireworks with me didn't get the text but o well. I didn't know the other CM who was working there but we had so much fun ringing in the new year with the hundreds of guests in Town Square. The first 45 min of the new year I wore the Mickey gloves and waved at the steady stream of guests leaving the park while wishing them a good night and a Happy New Year.

I try not to remember the bad, there is no point to, I have had too many good moments!

One was a family that was visiting for the first time. They had staked out a spot nice and early in front of the Canada Popcorn Cart for IllumiNations. When I had a free moment I went over and brought them a popcorn to snack on while they waited. It turns out they were from the same town I was born in! Whenever I was helping other guests Id come back to talk to them to try and ease the wait, they had just flown in that day and I could tell their 2 boys were getting anxious. I asked them if they wanted to help me get the park ready for the show, when I gave them the cue, they would have to blow out all the lights around the showcase. They loved it! The boys were also very excited to show me their pins they started collecting at the Disney Store before they came down. I told them to come back and see me the next time they were at the park and I would have a surprise for them. They cam back a few days later and I had Canada pencils and stickers, and pins for them. They loved it! I was glad I could make a good impression on their first holiday here.

Another night, also on the popcorn cart I had a famil who was just worn out from their day at the park. They were trying to get to the boardwalk. They asked me for directions and then joked if I could just take them there 'cause they didnt want to get lost again. They were very surprised when I said 'sure!'. So I walked with them to the International Gateway as theyasked questions about my home country. The teenage daughter was very interested to know that I went to high school with some of the actors from Degrassi! They were very thankful that I took the time to get them there and shook my hand and thanked me.

This isnt at the parks, but as a Cultural Representative we are able to volunteer to go on school visits and talk to children about our countries. A few weeks ago I was at a school colouring Kidcot masks with the kids. This one boy sat and coloured for almost half an hour, his Mum couldnt believe it, she said he had never spent that much time on anything before. He talked to me about spiderman most of the time, he was to young to try and tell anything about Canada to, but it was fun just to be able to get out into the community and interact with the kids.

Ok I'll stop babling on, Ill have more later if people want.
