No, apparently he's taking nieces and nephews to the mall tonight for the indoor trick or treating they do there...they had talked about going to the bonfire together, but it didn't work out. We usually don't go to the football games....that will change if Abby decides to go into marching band. The sound is too overwhelming right now for Joel. :shrug:

We are doing well, Carina just came in from work, we are having lunch and are about to embark on errands. You will do another thread with pics on your next trip? I hope so, :rolleyes:...I have to live thru others till we get back...:lol:

I bet Abby will do great in band..I was there at one time..played sports also..I am sure I drove my parents crazy..:lol:..now, you did say that Joel was kinda coming out of his shell...talking more?

Yeah, I hear ya. I'd liek a better camera for next time, we'll see. I really wanna post some video, but my camera and pc don't seem to get along well enough for it to happen. :brick: I'll keep trying.

I have obtained a dvd player that will transfer tape to dvd and also I can hook up my cam corder to it to transfer..but I have not tried it yet. I really was too fast when I bought my recorder..I should have gotten a FULL dvd recorder..the one I have is the mini disk..so..it takes at least 10 minutes to change disks..so you can miss things, as I found out the last two times at WDW! :mad:

Sorry I had to leave earlier....yes, Joel is talking more, interacting better with others...but he is still very sound sensitive. Our high school drummers go around the school stirring up school spirit w/ the football team, which is awesome to watch for most of us, but painful for him. I'm going to suggest to the teacher that they keep a pair of headphones handy for him. :)

When I get my hair cut, I don't even have the girl blow it dry. It costs more, and I'd rather go home and mess with it myself.

That's what I used to do when it was longer, but now she dries it,sprays a half a can of hairspray on it, then fluffs and teases it more, then sprays another half a can on it. Fortunately she doesn't charge any extra for that. I always go home and wash it all out before I go anywhere.
