Weird. Why did the lights go out at Epcot this early morning?

All of the lights at Epcot went out between 2:55am and 3:45am this morning, even the parking lot lights while the resort lights in the foreground stayed the same. I just did the instacam thing at 5 minutes time lapse. Did the crane bump into a transformer or something?

Maybe it was from all the storms happening, I just checked the instacam, and that is really weird, they just like shoot off!

Wand Light

The backup generator was in the wand! Everytime the lights went out it would kick on and light up the parking lot....seems we all judged the wand too quickly!

My bad folks. I needed complete darkness to run my little stealth operation in the park. If you look closely, in the time the lights were out, I reassembled Horizons, WoM, the original Imagination, and TLS. Unfortunately I ran out of time to change the exteriors back to their original glory.

In other news today, guest satisfaction at Epcot skyrocketed.

They're working on the parking lot. They may have shut the lights off if they were installing something new for the bus loop they're doing. That, or, well, Epcot's power died. It happens. Or, since it was early morning, planned power outage. They do that to test redundant systems for proper function.
