Double exposure! Looks like aTiki Bird..LOl
I didn't think you could get double exposure on digital cameras..maybe I'm wrong though.

And again, the green light isn't what threw me, it was the face that showed up in the photo. I do think it's probably a neat trick they did with the rock formation in there and not a ghost-if it is a wandering spirit, it didn't try to attack me or whatever, so no hard feelings. :D Maybe next trip, I'll leave him a Dole Whip.

The haunted mansion pic looked more eerie on the small screen of the camera..once I uploaded it and saw a bigger version, it's nothing. I'll upload it to Photobucket tonight and post it anyway at some point.

You know I am very into the ghost thing my self but in all my picture experiences I have never seen anything like that. Ushrualey you get a bubble with a face in it which is called an orb , something that looks like a flying spine which is called a vortex or all the lighting gets twisted ushrualey into an orange brown color but that object is in the open and out of place. Expos, parks, and gardens are as I have heard places where lost spirits will gather so there can very well be ghosts in disney. It is known you hear them when your half asleep or over tired. That looks like they added a decoration looking like crystals but then it looks like someone sitting on that rock. Sent it into TAPS or an investigator in that field, you might be surprised in what you will hear. If that camera was more still for all we know the figure might of been more accurate if it is something but dont get to exited I dont dee any human figure in that except for that it looks like it is sitting and that is is wearing a hat.

There are dozens of perfectly logical reasons why you see orbs and vortexes in photos and none of them have anything to do spooky spirits. You can send any picture into TAPS and they will see ghosts in it because that is what they do. Send them any recording and they will find ghosts speaking in it. It is called conformation bias. Mr Wizard did more real science in a single show than TAPS has ever done.

Oh yeah definitely. Orbs can also be just energy. Some taps experiences are sometimes do to high EMF's, mold or even toxins causing small illusinations. They hate labeling a house haunted and even sometimes label the haunting as just as little as a pluming issue.

What I find really really spooky is that I had the same picture from about a month ago. And I KNEW I had it. It took me all of about 30 second to find it.

Scary .... (and yeah, it's a combo of camera shake and the rock formation, and some CCD wonkyness). Not that this picture is any great example of a steady camera.

Why did you take a picture inside the cave anyway?
Why not..

I'm one of those people who likes to take pictures...I take many of them on vacation-end up deleting most of them. Sometimes, if it's a new camera, I'll take practice photos, which is what I was most likely doing in the cave..figuring out how this camera did in low light conditions.

And it's not like the caves are a "no flash photography" zone. I follow the rules on rides that have them..

Thank you for posting this! I can see in the rock wall the areas that looked like facial features.(ie the nose and the eye). Nicely done..:sohappy:

You are quite welcome.

I was a bit suprised when you posted your picture and asked if anybody describe what the wall looked like. I though "I can do better than describe, I know I happen to have a picture of it on the drive at this moment"

Weird, I saved that pic to my hard drive, but when it opened
in the browser, it looks a bit different.

Is it just me, or does anyone see anything weird in this picture?

I swear there's a ghost in the picture. Creepy, huh?

That IS creepy. I'd SWEAR that lantern wasn't that yellow before... what--was there something else that I missed?:p
